Refund Policy - Projoe AR Filters

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Projoe AR Filters, including TikTok game templates, video tutorials, and documentation.

>> Cooling-Off Period and No-Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchasAe.
If you haven't downloaded the product within this period, you may request a full refund.
Once the product is downloaded or the cooling-off period expires, our no-refund policy applies.

>> Exceptions for Broken Products
Refunds may be considered if the product is demonstrably broken, defined as:
Project throws errors when opened with the latest stable version of Meta Spark, Effect House, or Lens Studio.
Templates fail to start or produce results.
Misaligned graphics or error boxes in patches/visual scripting.
Evidence (screenshots/videos) must be provided to support refund requests for broken products.

>> Pre-Purchase Testing
We provide a test link for each template. Customers are strongly encouraged to test thoroughly before purchase.

>> Refund Process
Email - projoearfilters@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase (if not downloaded) or upon discovering a broken template issue.
Provide full name and purchase email for verification.
For broken products, include detailed evidence of the issue.
We'll respond within 3 business days.

We collect and store customer names, email addresses, and Instagram usernames on Gumroad for order fulfilment and support.

>> Usage Restrictions
Resale of templates on online marketplaces is prohibited.
Templates may be used for client work.
